Dr. Jesse graduated from Loma Linda University in Southern California in 1973. He has been running a private practice in Colton, California for the past 29 years. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Jesse has returned to his Alma Mater, Loma Linda University, as an assistant professor teaching applications of WaterlaseTM Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Jesse is also a member of the ADA, CDA, AGD, and AOD. When he isn't espousing the virtues of modern dentistry, he is a special deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department. Throughout the year he volunteers at local elementary schools, screening for tooth decay. Dr. Jesse enjoys boating, water-skiing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
