Dental ED Study Clubs Live

Bring local dental professionals together for premium education, personal connection and stronger professional relationships.

The Live Study Club program

Dental ED Study Clubs provide specialist practices with a professionally structured way to deliver premium dental education, build meaningful relationships with referring clinicians and maintain consistent engagement throughout the year. Rather than relying on occasional events or irregular practice visits, the program creates an organised educational calendar supported by proven systems, high-quality speakers and practical implementation tools.

The model is available through two complementary formats: Dental ED Study Clubs Live and Dental ED Study Clubs Online. Practices can choose the format that best suits their referral network, geographic location, resources and engagement strategy—or combine both models to extend their reach.

The Live model brings local dental professionals together in person for a program of carefully selected educational sessions. The hosting specialist practice invites dentists, hygienists, oral health therapists and other relevant clinicians from its referral community to attend high-quality continuing education in a professional but welcoming environment.

Dental ED provides access to presentations from respected national and international educators across a broad range of clinical and professional subjects. The content is selected to be relevant, practical and valuable to practising dental professionals, giving clinicians a genuine reason to attend and remain involved.

While education is central to every session, the Live Study Club also creates opportunities for personal connection. Referring clinicians can meet the specialist and practice team, interact with colleagues and develop professional relationships naturally through a shared learning experience. This is more credible and valuable than relying solely on direct marketing or promotional visits.

Dental ED supports the practice with the structure required to deliver the program professionally. This includes program planning, educational content, speaker coordination, invitations, registration, attendance tracking, evaluations and continuing education administration. The practice can concentrate on hosting its members and strengthening relationships while Dental ED helps manage the educational framework.

One Connected Study Club Strategy

Both models share the same purpose: to use valuable education as the foundation for professional connection. The Live model offers stronger face-to-face interaction, while the Online model provides greater convenience, consistency and geographic reach. Used together, they create a blended Study Club strategy capable of engaging clinicians in different locations and with different attendance preferences.

Dental ED also helps practices move beyond attendance numbers by considering referral activity, member engagement and the ongoing development of the professional network. This allows the Study Club to become part of a broader referral and practice strategy rather than remaining a series of disconnected educational events.

Through Dental ED’s Live and Online Study Club models, specialist practices receive the education, systems and strategic framework required to run a credible, consistent and professionally managed program—strengthening clinical knowledge, communication, connection and long-term practice performance.
