Her business ownership experience includes the start-up and development of Pearly Whites 4U, an independent dental hygiene clinic originally set up to whiten and brighten smiles that transformed into a clinic helping families effected by domestic violence rebuild self esteem with healthy smiles.

Today Debbie is the founder of the OralED Institute where she focuses on learning and implementation systems for practice success. In 2015 Debbie funded the non-profit NationalCancerNetwork.org . That brings together protocols of Prevention, Progress, Screening and Referrals. Debbie continues her outreach by organizing and participating in many charitable programs throughout the country.
