Dr. Ibrahim Duqum is Professor and Chair of Restorative Sciences and Director of Clinical Education at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry, where he previously served as Director of Prosthodontics and the school’s inaugural Director of Digital Dentistry. He earned his DDS from the University of Jordan and an MS and Certificate in Prosthodontics from UNC. A Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the ADEA Leadership Institute, he is widely recognized for his teaching excellence, including the 2014 Richard Hunt Memorial Award. His clinical expertise includes surgical and restorative management of complex oral rehabilitation, with research interests in digital dentistry, implant therapy, and contemporary dental materials. An accomplished author, reviewer, and international lecturer, Dr. Duqum remains an influential leader in prosthodontics.
