Here you'll find some of the most commonly asked questions (and their answers) about our products and services.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password by visiting this link here. However, if you've forgotten which email you've used for your account, we suggest you contact us through either a support ticket or your closest Dental ED branch. We'll verify your identity and secure your account.

If you don't have an account with us at Dental Ed, first create one and put in your correct information - email, address, etc. If you already have an account and wish to update your personal information, first login and then head to this link which can also be accessed via your Dashboard. Then, it's simply a matter of putting in your correct information!

You can view and print off past invoices by visiting this page. To view emails, click the tab. Currently Dental Ed will only show you the subject and time of emails, rather than the full body text - if there is information inside these emails you otherwise can't access, contact us and we'll attempt to resend the email.

If you're wondering when the next event for your Study Club will be, we advise going to your Study Club's page and scrolling down to the relevant section. If you can't find the information you need, the next tab over (Study Club Details) will contain your co-ordinator's number, which we advise calling to confirm event timings and details. Otherwise, you may contact I.T support.

In the top menu there is an item titled 'Study Club'. Clicking on this, and then searching for your local region, will take you to a list of Study Clubs. You can narrow this down by attempting to search by suburb - but note that most Study Clubs service multiple nearby suburbs, despite their name. After selecting a Study Club, scroll down and click the 'Subscribe' button relevant to your position. We offer discounts to verified students and auxillery staff.

If you've attended a 'Hands On' event or an 'Online Lecture' with your local study club and haven't received your CPD certificate, there could be a number of factors at play. Usually, it will take Dental ED staff up to two weeks to process all the attendance forms to verify signatures and the identity of our clients. If it's been over a fortnight, it might be wise to check past invoices over at this link to ensure your Study Club subscription is up-to-date, or that your 'Hands On' purchase went through. If both of these is the case, contact us through our support form or call your local Dental Ed branch and we'll attmept to resolve the issue.

If you're getting an error when trying to watch a video such as 'this video is not available', please try updating your browser to the latest version. We also cannot garuntee support for Opera browsers. If you've updated your browser and still can't access our videos, please contact I.T support.

All CPD for Quizzes should be handed out immediately. If you've finished a Quiz and haven't recieved your points, check the Quiz to ensure you answered the minimum number of questions correctly. If this is the case, you can contact I.T support and we'll take a closer look at the issue.

STEP 1. Log in into Dental ED account on www.dentaledglobal.com



STEP 2. Go to “Dashboard”, click “Academy Online”



STEP 3. User can select the topics by searching topic keywords or speakers’ name



Step 4. After watching the lecture video, the users may do the quiz.



Step 5. Quiz page. The pass score is 30, which require the user answers 70% questions correctly.



Step 6.The result page



Step 7. The user will receive the certificate from Dental ED email shortly.
